Each has always held it in a system the other two could not see. Bab is the room where all three work the same record, at the same time, each in their own language.

These figures are read from the live catalogue every hour, not written into this page. Every project on Bab begins from the Kingdom’s own licensing records — licence number, developer, region, city, district and status — so what you see here is what the regulator published, not what a seller claimed.
WHAT BAB IS
Not a listings board, and deliberately not a CRM. Bab is the shared workspace the transaction itself lives in.
A project, a unit, a deal room: the same object seen from the developer’s, the broker’s and the investor’s side. Nothing is exported, re-keyed, or visible to only one party.
Projects enter Bab against the Kingdom’s licensing records and stay tied to them, so a listing’s licence, developer and status are the regulator’s answer rather than a salesperson’s.
Arabic is the platform’s original language, not its translation. Content is written once and reaches every other language automatically — adding one is an insert, never a rebuild.

A platform is defined as much by what it refuses to touch. These four are decisions, not gaps.
Deposits and payments go to the developer’s own escrow account, off the platform. We carry the deal; we never carry the transfer.
Once the broker has cleared a deal, contracts and registration continue off-platform, with the parties licensed to handle them.
Prices and unit inventory are not published in this market. Where a number is not sourced, Bab shows nothing rather than an estimate — which would look just as convincing and be worth nothing.
No private pipelines, no lead scores, no reminder farms. Everything that matters to a deal is a shared object both sides can open.
