Jidana Residence 1 is a residential building in the centre of Al Baha, designed around a modern architectural language that draws on traditional forms. It comprises 18 ownership apartments sold off-plan under a Real Estate General Authority (WAFI) licence and to sustainable-building requirements, in the Al Nuzha (Bani Farwah) district. Every apartment has its own parking space, two entrances, central gas, an independent self-sterilising waste compactor and energy-efficient underfloor central heating. Units are fitted with a central dry vacuum system, smart entry and remote control of lighting, air conditioning and curtains, together with ceiling speakers, hotel-standard 120×60 porcelain floors, WPC doors resistant to water, termites and rot, wall-hung sanitary ware and ceiling extractor fans. Construction began in 2025 and completion is expected in 2028.
