1. Who operates BAB

BAB is a real-estate collaboration platform operated from Riyadh, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, at albab.one.

2. Real-estate advertising

Each advertiser using BAB, whether a developer or a licensed broker, is responsible for holding its own valid REGA advertising licence where the regulations require one, and for displaying its licence number on its own listings.

3. What BAB does

BAB operates as a technology platform. It introduces developers, licensed brokers and investors and provides collaboration and record-keeping tools.

BAB is not licensed as, and does not act as, a real-estate brokerage, a payment institution, an escrow agent, or a financial-advisory firm. Brokerage, payments, escrow, contracts and government registration take place off the platform, between the parties and their own licensed advisers.

5. Complaints

For a complaint about a listing or about conduct on the platform, contact info@albab.one.

Complaints about real-estate advertising or brokerage conduct may also be raised with the Real Estate General Authority (REGA). Complaints about the handling of personal data may be raised with the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
